Spanish School / Lodging in Buenos Aires

I am planning a trip to Buenos Aires for the last couple of weeks in December and am looking for great one-on-one instruction. Or would a small group be better? Anyway, I am looking at GIC Argentina. They also have a student residence. Any thoughts on this school or others? Any thoughts on student residences, shared flats, hostels or hotels? I might be too isolated in a hotel. I want an environment where I can meet people. I am an advanced beginner right now.
