My husband and I got married in the US on Nov 28,2007. He is over here on a work visa from Belize. Little did we know about all the paperwork involved. His work visa expires in Dec 2007. He is going back home on the 14th of December. If anyone out there can give me an idea where to start and how long of a wait we may have
