Would like to travel and possibly work in Mexico

Hello,

I am looking at going to Mexico next year. I would like to travel a bit and possibly work there. I am having difficulty finding a resource for teaching jobs in Mexico. Can anyone make any suggestions? Also, if I cannot work I would like to find a small town on the coast to stay for 4-6 months, to live and learn some Spanish. Something peaceful and non-touristy but with beaches. Any suggestions?
