Spanish School / Lodging in Buenos Aires

I am planning a trip to Buenos Aires for the last couple of weeks in December and am looking for great one-on-one instruction. Or would a small group be better? Anyway, I am looking at GIC Argentina. Looking for a fun, social place to stay for a couple of weeks. A private room in a student residence or nice hostel/hotel (with single rooms) would be a possibility.
