the aires mde bog service is quite disorganized, the seem to not have enough gates. i've flown it 3 times now, all left late. this last one arrived in bogota at 9pm, and they couldnt park at the gate till almost 10pm. which was quite odd since there were tons of open gates.

Be very careful. They like to call you on your cell and tell that your plane is leaving 30 mins early or one hour late and then change their minds. It has has happen to both myself and my wife and 2 of our neighbors. I like to refer to them as the "Quien Sabe Airlines." And when they do and you miss you plane you get no refunds or priority seating or even a cookie. They are my last airline of choice.

they called me once at 7am and tried to change my 1pm flight to 9am, i was like ah no, i'm not getting up and going straight the the airport.

so when i get to the airport they say i agreed to said change. i had to stand in some stupid office line for an hour to fix it, but i did get on the flight. which on the supposed 5 minute stop in armenia stopped for 3 hours.

it's cheap though :)

plus aires internet site sucks .. it is useless if you change anything ..............................ADA had a paper handout with all the routes and the prices .......that is what aires should do .......Bad luck Steve ....

it showed up, had to move gates again. i'm not sure what their deal is with that, they change the gate of every flight leaving bogota at least 3 times.

then we taxied for 45 minutes. flight itself was < 30 minutes. got in about an hour and a half late. about normal. on the plus side i bought the ticket online 3 hours before the flight and it was cheap

i like their internet site, it works at least -- that's a major deal for a colombian site
