As the others have mentioned, there really are no shortcuts. Even IF you made it to the US with her, the claim would be denied and you would open yourself up to the aforementioned ban and penalties.

Don't even consider bringing her illegally through Mexico. She would be exposed to the very likely possibility of being robbed, raped and even kidnapped.

If you really love this woman, do things the right way. Six to nine months is not a particularly long wait. Been there, done that, got through it.

Even if you could get her a visa to Mexico - which is doubtful - the answer to your cockamamie story at the border will range between mild amusement and outright derision. Followed swiftly by an opportunity for your fiance to "Voluntarily" withdraw her application for entrance.

If you push it - and lie in a way that is verifiable - you are likely to get her banned for life.

Tell that to the million + that walk across somewhere between Texas and California every year. I agree with doing it legally but don’t blow smoke and say it can’t be done from Mexico. I remember a congressman was grandstanding on the border security issue a couple years ago. He went to Mexico and hired a mariachi band and had them play music while he rode an elephant across the border to prove his point how easy it was. .

I am also guessing it as hard to get a visa into Canada as it is to get a visa for the US.
Best bet is a sail boat from the Caribbean, but I would still think you would have a good chance to run into the Coast Guard.

By the time you would plan it all out and spend the money and do it, she could have been here legally.
