One Room for RENT in MEDELLIN (Sabaneta)

Hello!

I´m Bibiana, I live with my lovely border collie Lupe and a photographer friend form Colombia.The house is in Sabaneta, one of the nicest and safest areas of the city. In Sabaneta you´ll find all the commodities of a modern city (banks, shopping centers, cinema, restaurants, bars and clubs ) but the homely feeling of a little village has been preserved.
The flat is situated on the top floor of a house just a four blocks from the main square in Sabaneta.
There is one big room with closet, with private bathroom, desk and a little matress for 400.000(around 200 USD month). The flat has a spacious lounge with cable TV. WIFI internet, telephone, 24hr hot water and use of laundry and kitchen equipment are all included!
