Last Of The Property-Two Houses Outside of Jumandi (Cali Area)

No point hanging on to these so anyone interested???

Houses sit on about 3 acres in a barrio called Barejonal outside of a small town called Guachinte probably about 15 minutes out of Jamundi and about 45 minutes out of Cali.

House #1. 5 bed rooms, three baths, kitchen, garage, living room, dining room, large covered front porch with a beautiful view of the valley and Rio Claro. Less than 8 years old and was custom built.

House #2. (Is "next door" to #1) 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, dining room, front porch, garage. The second one is a great place for guests(what we used it for) or for a watchman what it is used for now. About 11 years old. We used it as a place for the house keeper with her handyman husband and two kids. They kept up the property, garden, entry road etc.

Also the La Salvajina dam is only about ten minutes away and this is a great place for wind surfing, boating, swimming and boating.

To be honest it is isolated (but lots of people in the immediate area that watch out for each other) plus people from Cali have been buying in the area for a weekend getaway type place.

No FARC or ELN but there are paramilitaries in the area. Much much safer since the new battalion was stationed in Jumandi.

Price is $60.000.000 pesos or roughly $25.000 USD.

Don't need anything any longer in the Cali area since we have lived in Bogotá for quite a while. PIA to maintain without being near by and wife's sisters are tired of being involved.
