GAULA did a really notable work in Bogotà. I have a good opinion of the police forces here in Colombia (not talking about corruption). They are smart and well trained.

Lately, they are showing what they can do if they want to do it.
I am talking about FARC, Los Mellizos, etc.
This is the way to engage a virtuous circle: the population helping more and the legal forces giving better results.

Yes, impressive that they took care of this so quickly.

What a shitbird the uncle is who helped kidnap the baby. That's going to make for some tense conversations around the family table, no? May he rot in prison for a long time.

Also a bit of a wake up call for anyone who believes that nice neighborhoods in the north of Bogota are immune to this kind of thing. 15 con 80 is right by Atlantis Mall, Clinica del Country, etc.

Yes, really impressive.
This is the kind of events that will help Colombia to get over the mafia mentality and break the wall of omertà.
The wake up call is also for the bad guys out there.

Most kidnappings happen through a family member unfortunately. I'm glad they found him, I would die if anything like this happened to my three year-old niece. =(
