Bogota- Hotel, Hostels or bed breakfast

Hi there.
I will be in traveling to Bogota at the end of Feb. 09 for 7 days.
Can someone recommend a good serviced apartment, or a decent hotel ( say 3 star) that is reasonable priced, or a bed and breakfast in the North of town, Is there a website that would have the best selection of hostels, hotels, or B&Bs.

Check out http://www.fernandosuites.com. Their one bedroom apartments are 80,000 COP a night. Two bedrooms are 110,000. They are nice, fully stocked apartments in a nice neighborhood in Northern Bogota. They are on Calle 116 and Cra 20.
