Is Calle 100-Cra 42 considered a nice part of BAQ? Also is $750 an average rental price in that part of town for Jan? Any helpful answers appreciated.

What are you renting for $750 a month a furnished house? I can rent you a furnished apartment at Cra 42h y Calle 84 for $150 a month US. http://www.youtube.com/harringtonb 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

Most people who move there are looking for a place in the north of the city but without paying the estrato 5/6 prices. For that part of town, $750 dollars a month in rent is quite a lot. You can find better deals than that.
