Can someone help me reach Aerolinea Aires from the US . Every time I call their number, it is busy all the time , it's been like this the whole week. The numbers I was given are: 294-0300--
331-9440
266-6205
266-9273
266-9278

I normally use that same number and it is definitely in Bogota. 294-0300.

You can also try 404-9054 and 623-1500. Both numbers are in Bogota. 011-57-1.

yep! Aires is a tuff one. They definately do not have their logistics and marketing side set up well yet. But once I finally purchased a ticket and flew with em, it was alright. In fact they are the only airlines in history known to leave ahead of schedule, outside of a warzone that is......prop plane, but nice. Worked fine comin and goin and best deal in town......

I flew with them last September. I was meeting my girlfriend in Cartegena and we were flying to Cali. She got stuck in traffic and we missed the flight. They were really nice about it and gave us seats the next day. The plane was running late and we were certain that we would miss the connection in Medellin but when we landed, an agent came on the plane and asked for us and escorted us directly to the next plane that was holding for us. The two legs that I flew, they used Dash 8 aircraft; the same plane that the commuter airlines in my hometown use and the same as I have often used in the Caribbean.

It was easy for me to buy my tickets online; but lately, the website doesn't seem as friendly as it used to be.
